Runner's Granola #1 (Peanut Butter)

Ingredients
8 cups old fashioned oats3/4 cup packed brown sugar1 cup sliced almonds3 Tbsp ground flax seed1/3 cup natural peanut butter - melted1/2 cup light olive oil2/3 cup water2 tsp vanilla
Directions
Mix oats, flax, almonds and brown sugar together in a large bowl. Melt Peanut butter with water and vanilla in a pyrex measuring cup. Add oil and pour over the granola mixture. Mix ingredients together and pour onto two cookie sheets. Bake in preheated 300 degree oven for 30 minutes. Turn every 10 minutes. Allow to cool and then store in container with lid.
