I'll try it--but half a bottle of sauce (w/sodium) seems like it might be a bit much? Thanks for the idea, though. - 9/22/10

This makes a LOT of slaw (look at all that cabbage!) and I recommend adding the sauce slowly and just use as much as tastes good to you. You might also be able to find a low-sodium sauce.
