Ingredients

2 lbs Ground Turkey
2 large eggs
1 head cabbage
1/4 cup diced bell peper
1/4 diced Onion
salt & peper to taste
6 tbsp. Ketchup
2 tbsp diced bell peper
Directions
Pre heat oven to 375. Bring water to a slow boil in a large pot.
While waiting for water to boil, Core cabage, but leave whole.
Mix meat, eggs, pepers, onion, salt and peper in a bowl. Set aside.
When water reaches a boil, immerse the whole head of cabbage.
as leaves come appart remove individually from pot and place on a plate. you will need about 12 leaves. Remove remaining cabage and store to use in another recipie (like a stirfry or soup)
Take a cabbage leaf, place some meat mixture in the middle. fold the sides over, and roll. Repeat until meat mixture is used up.
Place rolls seam side down in a baking pan. Cover with ketchup and remaining bell pepper.
Cover pan with foil and bake for 45 min at 375 F.
