Ingredients

    6 board matzo
    6 egg
    1 Tbsp 2% milk
    2 tsp sugar
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 tsp cinnamin

Directions

soak matzo in water, squeeze water out.

scramble fresh eggs with other ingredients-add drained and squeezed crumbled matzo and mix- fry like a large pancake over med heat until brown, flip and cook other side.
