Introduction

No Thanksgiving or Christmas is complete without pumpkin pie. This recipe is one of our favorites because it's so easy and wonderful! No Thanksgiving or Christmas is complete without pumpkin pie. This recipe is one of our favorites because it's so easy and wonderful!
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    1 large can pumpkin (3 c)
    3 eggs
    1 c sugar
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    Dash of nutmeg
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 box yellow cake mix
    3/4 c. margarine or unsalted butter

    Cool Whip for topping (not added into nutritional information)

Directions

Mix first 6 ingredients well and pour into greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle cake mix over pumpkin. Melt margarine and pour over cake mix. Bake for 1 hour at 350F. To serve, cut cake and turn upside-down on plate. Top with Cool Whip.
