    1 C Peanut Butter
    1 C Sugar
    2 Egg whites
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions

preheat oven to 350*

comine all ingredients, use TBS and drop on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10-11 min or until desired. Makes 56 cookies if using tsp

  • Very good. Really small cookies, but a good snack if you want a cookie without the flour. I cooked about 8 minutes for cookies that were really serving size, otherwise they were too done and hard for our tastes. - 8/19/10

  • Took them to a friends house tonight. Delicious!!! I made one regular batch and the other batch i added some cocoa powder.. tasted like a reeses... yum - 4/2/10
