Ingredients

1 (15oz) can pumpkin
3/4 c sugar
1/2 t salt
1 t ground cinnamon
1/2 t ground ginger
1/4t ground cloves
1/4 + 1/8 t ground habanero powder
2 large eggs
1 (12oz) can evaporated milk
1 unbaked 9" deep dish pie crust
Directions
Preheat oven to 425*F.
Mix in order of list. Gradually stir in evaporated milk.Pour into pie shell. Bake at 425*F for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350*F, bake for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean. Cool for two hours and Refrigerate.
