2 cups fava beans, shelled, cooked without salt 1 juice from a lemon 1 tbsp chopped garlic 2 tbsp Sesame Tahini
Presoak 2 cups of fava beans and peel. Boil beans in water until tender, about 45 minutes. Puree in blender or food processor. Add juice from one lemon, 1 tbsp of garlic and 2 tbsp of Sesame Tahini. Refrigerate till chilled. Makes 16 2 tbsp servings.
