Salvadoran Chicken Soup

Introduction

You can add or take out any veggies to taste. You can add or take out any veggies to taste.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb chicken breasts
    1 pkg Spinach
    4 carrots
    3 potatoes
    1/2 onion
    2 cloves of garlic
    2 zuchinnis
    2 chayote squash
    6 brussel sprouts
    3 celery stalks
    2 small tomatoes
    Chicken boulion
    3/4 c. Rice
    salt to taste

Directions

Boil the chicken with the boulion, salt, onion, garlic tomatoes and spinach in a large soup pot. Chop up the veggies. Once the chicken is cooked, take it out and set aside. Add the rest of the veggies and rice and cook until the veggies are soft. Then add the chicken and serve.
