Ingredients
8 oz. ground turkey1/2 cup onion, chopped1/2 cup green pepper, chopped2 large potatoes, peeled and diced1 tbsp of Greek seasoning (may use salt-free)
Directions
Brown turkey and onions.
Add pepper, potatoes and spice.
Cook over a low heat until potatoes are fully cooked.
