Banana and Flaxseed Muffins

Ingredients
* Flour, white, .25 cup * Whole Wheat Flour, 0.75 cup * Baking Powder, 3 tsp * Baking Soda, .5 tsp * Salt, 1/8 tsp * Banana, fresh, 1 cup, mashed * Granulated Sugar, 2 tablespoons * Egg, fresh, 1 large * Applesauce, unsweetened, .25 cup * Vanilla Extract, .5 tsp * Flaxseed, 2 teaspoons
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 F/180 C.

Combine the dry ingredients in one bowl and the wet in another. Mix together very well, adding dry to the wet and slowly incorporating them together.

Spoon mixture into a pre-lined/non-stick/sprayed muffin pan. This recipe should make 12 muffins.

Cook for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
