1 15 oz can of black beans, rinsed and drained2 tomatoes, chopped1/4 cup chopped onion3 tbs chopped fresh cilantro1 tsp lime juice1 1/2 tsp chili powder1/2 tsp ground cumin1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Combine black beans, tomatoes, onion, cilantro, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, salt and cayenne pepper in a medium bowl and mix well.
Chill, covered, until serving time.

YUMMO!! I made this and added a dash of cinnamon ( as i do with most of my mexican dishes.) and i choped the black beans a bit in the blender 9about 2 seconts) to give it a slightly dip like apperance. We loved it. Puttin git on baked chicken tonight and plan on making it for a party this weekend. - 8/6/10
