Leblebi (Roasted Chickpeas)

-1 can chickpeas, rinsed & drained-2 Tbsp olive oil-salt to taste-other seasonings if desired
Preheat oven to 450.
Mix ingredients together in shallow baking pan. Put in oven for 20 minutes until golden brown, stirring occasionally for even roasting. (When they're done, they should be somewhat dry and "rattle" on the pan.
When finished, remove from oven and allow to cool. Eat at room temperature.
You can experiment with other flavorings, like chili powder, garlic, curry, etc.
