Tomato and Mozzarella salad

Red Ripe Tomatoes, 4 cherry or grapeMozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 1 oz Garlic, .5 clove (or more if desired)Extra Virgin Olive Oil, .5 tbsp Fresh Basil, .5 tbsp Mixed greens (salad), 1 cup (or more depending on appetite)
Cut tomatoes in to halves.
Cube the mozzarella cheese.
Dice the fresh basil and garlic, finely.
Place all ingredients in a bowl, toss, chill and serve!

I love this recipe, I make it often. I like to use cherry tomatoes, sliced in half. I use fresh basil from my garden (pluck the leaves, rinse, dry and then stack them on top of each other, roll them like a cigar and then slice) great way to cut up basil leaves.
