Ingredients
Pink Salmon (canned), 14.75 oz (remove)Saltine Crackers (Saltines), 1.5 cup, crushed (remove)Milk, 2%, .75 cup (remove)Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
Directions
Drain Salmon and remove skin and bone. Crumble. Stir in crackers, milk and egg until well mixed. Spoon into Muffin tin. Bake at 350* until golden. Makes 6 servings.
