Purple Daze

Ingredients
Add cabbage, Onions and Green peppers with 1/4 cup of water. Medium heat cook till onions are transparent. Add 4 cups of water bring to boil. Put 2 cups of rice in pot, cover wait 20 min (or till water is gone). Stir in tuna and serve.
