Ingredients
1 1/3 cup skim powdered milk1/1/3 cup ice water (less for thicker shake)2/3 cup cocoa powder2/3 cup sugar substitute (like splenda)2 TBSP corn oil1 tsp vanilla5 second spray of fat-free cooking spray.1 tray or more of ice cubes (depending on thinkness desired)
Directions
Combine all into a blended and blend till smooth. Please don't omit the oil trying to make this lower calorie. It will take away the magic of this drink. You might be able to use less, but don't take it out completely. I put instant coffee in it for a really rich flazor, but I am sure that you could use iced coffee instead of water or a cold fruit juice for a fruity shake. I don't know how it works without the cocoa. It's likely that you would need more powdered milk for the correct liquid to powder ratio.

I love that site! I have made this many times but use the Enova Oil that is processed differently by the body (less is stored by the body as fat) and it works wonderfully :) This is very very tasty and a hit with everyone I have ever made it for! - 10/28/07

I am looking forward to trying this! My first instinct was to omit the oil, but if it adds magic, I am all for it! - 7/26/12

This was surprisingly good and certainly easy on the wallet. I wish that you could adjust the number of servings. I don't know what to do with six cups of fake milkshake! Really one or at most two is all you want to make. - 9/1/09
