Spaghetti Pie

Ingredients
6 ounces of cooked spaghetti2 T of margarine2 beaten eggs1/3 cup Parmesan cheese 15 oz container of part skim ricotta1 pound of ground beef1/2 cup of chopped onion1 clove of garlic 16 ounce can of tomatoes 8 ounce can of tomato sauce1/2 tsp saltdash of pepper1 tsp oregano1 cup of shredded mozzarella - part skim
Directions
Mix the cooked spaghetti with the margarine, beaten eggs, and parmesan cheese. Place the spaghetti mixture into a greased, deep pie plate to form the crust. Spread with the ricotta. In a skillet, brown the beef, onion and garlic. Drained the meat mixture when cooked. Stir in tomatoes, sauce, salt, pepper and oregano. Heat through. Spoon the meat mixture on top of the spaghetti crust. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top of the pie and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Serves 8.
