Spaghetti with fresh Tomatoes

Ingredients
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 6-8 Italian tomato Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 400 grams or 200 grams of uncooked pastaExtra Virgin Olive Oil, 4 tbspGarlic, 2 tsp
Directions
Add salt to water and boil. Add Pasta to boiling water and cook until just under done. Wash tomatoes and blend (add 1 tbsp of Capers if desired.) In a separate pot, heat 2 tbsp of Olive Oil and add the garlic, cook for 2 minutes on low heat, then add the tomato puree and cook for about 5 minutes. Add remaining Olive Oil, strain pasta and add to the tomato sauce, cover and allow to simmer but regularly to prevent sticking to the pot. Serve warm, garnish with Basil or Parmesan if desired. Serves 4.
