Golden Cinnamon Granola

Ingredients
1/4 C. butter1/4 C. honey1 1/2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp salt3 C. old-fashioned oats1 C. flaked coconut1 1/2 C. honey nut cherrios1 C. slivered almonds1 C. raisins3/4 C. dried cherries
Directions
In a bowl, stir melted butter, honey, cinnamon and salt until well blended. Combine the oats, coconut, cherrios, and almonds in a 13in. x 9 in. baking pan. Spray the pan with Pam. Add butter mixture and stir to coat evenly. Bake at 275 degress F. for 50-60 minutes or until golden brown,stirring every 15 minutes. Add raisins and cherries. Cool, stirring occasionally. Store in an airtight container.
Makes 16 1/2 C. servings.
