Yummy and Healthy Granola bars

Ingredients
2 c. rolled oats3/4 tsp salt3/4 c. chocolate chips, raisins, whatever add in you like!1 c. whole wheat flour1/3 c. brown sugar1 tsp cinnamon1/2 c. honey1 egg1/2 c. applesauce2 tsp. vanilla
Directions
Prehead your oven to 350 degrees.

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Make a well in the dry ingredients and mix in the wet ingredients. Stir well until thoroughly combined.

Spray a 9x13 pan with nonstick spray or use an 8x8 pan if you like thick bars.

Cook in the oven for 30-35 minutes

Allow to cool for about 5 minutes then cut into 16 bars.

    I really liked that the ingredients were all things I had on hand. I added about a quarter cup of blueberry craisins, about 2 T almond slivers and flax seed. Very easy and easy to interchange. After refrigerating overnight they crisped up into nice chewy bars. Thanks! - 2/13/13
