1 C butter1 C packed brown sugar1 C quick oats2 C whole wheat flour1/2 C toasted wheat germ4 Eggs2 C chopped pecans1 C flaked coconut6 oz carob chips
Cream butter and sugar. Combine flour, oats, and wheat germ. Gradually add to butter. Press into greased 13X9X2 pan.
Beat eggs until foamy. Stir in pecans, coconut and chips. Spread over crust.
Bake at 350F for 30-35 minutes.
Store in refrigerator
