Ingredients
1 Cup Fiber One Cereal (slightly crushed)1/2 Cup pistachios (slightly crushed)1/2 Cup wheat bran3 Tbsp flax seeds1/2 Cup dried currants1/2 tsp baking powdersalt1 cup unsweetened apple sauce1 tbsp cinnamon1 tsp vanilla extract3 scoops chocolate whey protein
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Line baking sheet with parchment paper
Slightly crush together the Fiber One cereal and the pistachios. In a bowl, combine the wheat bran, flax seeds, whey powder, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and currants. Mix in apple sauce and vanilla until well combined. Stir in the Fiber One cereal and pistachios. Make sure the mixture is well combined. Make 16 portions on the parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
