tilapia fish cakes

Ingredients
1-lb tilapia fillets - finely chopped1 lg egg3 Tbsp cornmeal1 small shallot, minced1/2 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro3/4 teaspoon salt1 Tbsp olive oil
Directions
1. Combine the tilapia, egg, cornmeal, shallot, jalapeno, cilantro, and salt in a bowl. Form into 4 cakes

2. Heat the oil in a medioum nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the cakes and cook until golden and cooked through, about 5 minutes on each side.
