Shrimp Scampi

Ingredients
4 oz. uncooked portions penne pasta1 Tbs. olive oil3 cloves garlic, minced1 lb. raw shrimp, peeled & deveined3 Tbs. Butter Buds, divided3 Tbs. white wine (or chicken broth)1 lemon, halved3 Tbs. reduced-fat Parmesan cheese, grated2 Tbs. fresh parsley, chopped
Directions
1. prepare penne
2. while pasta is cooking heat olive oil & garlic in a wok or lg. skillet over med. heat
3. add shrimp to the skillet & cook, stirring freq. until almost pink (3/4 done), about 2 min.
4. Add 1 Tbs. of Butter buds & white wine to shrimp; saute about 2 more minutes.
5. place cooked pasta in lg. mixing bowl & combine with remainder of the Butter Buds & black pepper; mix gently
6. add cooked shrimp to pasta.
