Shrimp Rotini Alfredo

Ingredients
8 oz. Whole wheat rotini pasta 4 oz. Grated parmesan cheese4 oz. Low fat cream cheese4 oz. Chicken broth18 Shrimp (I used large 26-30 per pound)
Directions
Put pasta to cook in boiling water.
In a hot frying pan combine chicken broth and cream cheese. Continue to mix until smooth then add parm. cheese and continue to stir. Add shrimp and cook until shrimp is done and sauce thickens to your taste. Serve over pasta.
Makes 6 servings (approximately one cup each).
