Chicken & Rice Casserole

2 chicken breasts (no skin & boned)1 cup Rice of choice (I use Pearl Rice)1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup1 cup Non-Fat Milk1 tbs Paprika
Place uncooked rice in a baking dish
Mix Mushroom Soup, Milk & paprika together then pour over rice and stir.
Place chicken breast on top of rice mixture and sprinkle with salt, pepper & paprika to taste.
Bake in 350 oven for 45 minutes or until done.
Serving Size: Makes 4 servings

Maybe use a different cream soup? I've done this using other soups, but it's the soup that makes the rice yummy!
