California Roll "Sushi"

Ingredients
1 large cucumber peeled and sliced (20 slices)1 large avocado peeled and pitted1/2 cut of imitation crab meat1 tbsp horseradish
Directions
Put the slices of cucumber aside on a tray. Keep cool.

Take the peeled and pitted avocado, crab meat and horseradish into a food processor and blend to desired consistency.

Spoon the mixture on cucumber right before eating. To travel, keep the desired mixture in a container and the cucumbers separate until ready to eat. Refrigerate uneaten portions until needed.

Serving Size: Makes 20 pop in your mouth slices of "sushi"
