your ingredients listed don't match the ingredients used to calculate the nutritional info, which didn't include the catsup and only used 1/2 a chicken breast- not 4 as listed here. - 2/22/09

This looks interesting, I plan to try it, but I am curious about the calories because in the ingredients details the ketchup is not listed. Maybe I am doing something wrong, but when I put that in as a meal using Heinz (less calories than Hunts) ketchup it came to 500 calories or 125 per serving... - 1/5/09

The Calories need to be checked! Very good recipe. - 11/24/08

My picky five-year-old ate all of this and said he'd like me to make it again. (I thought it was very good, too.) - 6/6/09

Served this last night to company and everybody LOVED it. It was fast, easy, low cal, and cheap. My ideal meal. Thanks!!! - 2/10/09

I absolutely loved this dish! Fairly quick, and requires relatively zero supervision once it's at the simmering stage. And so delicious and cheap, since many people will have ketchup and salsa already! Just bought a can of Coke Zero and I was ready to go! Definitely a favorite. =) - 11/21/08

If I were to make this would have to find a way to reduce the sodium. - 8/24/10

This was ok. I followed the instructions just as listed and used mango salsa. It had a good flavor but sauce did not thicken. It was like boiled chicken in pure liquid. - 8/23/10

I finally made this yesterday, and it's delicious! I added some vegetables and served it over rice for a complete meal. Included in those vegetables were some really hot peppers, which were fine yesterday, gave the dish a nice kick. But today when I ate the leftovers...YIKES!! LOL - 3/14/09

I tried this recipe & was not thrilled. The flavor of the sauce was great, but it was really watery!! & I really just don't like the texture of boiled chicken. Next time I will cook the chicken separately, & for the sauce, I'll reduce all ingredients by 1/8, & cook it down into a reduction. - 2/24/12

something is wrong. I put the nutration info into my weightwatchers calculater and it came up 1 point. The chicken breast alone is 3 points. - 9/19/11

We like spicy foods and so I seasoned the chicken and browned it in a wee bit of olive oil first. I then added the ingredients and let it cook. What a wonderful surprise! It was really good. Definitely a "do again" in our home. - 9/5/11

I served this to my son and husband last night, they love it. As did I. I added minced garlic and onion. I served the sauce over "miracle noodles". Delicious. Thank you for the idea. - 6/17/11

Quick and easy to prepare. Flavorful but a little on the sweet side. I used diet rite cola and added fresh onions, zucinni and mushrooms. Very good - 4/11/11

I agree with the others - check the nutrition or redo the calculations yourself and save it to your recipe box. I have made Diet Cola Chicken before but I used Buffalo wing sauce instead of salsa. My family loves it. It is so good with boneless skinless thighs as well. Serve sauce over brown rice. - 5/27/09

WOW! This sounds great, easty and low calorie! Going to try it tomorrow! - I added fresh spinach and put over rice - righteous!! - 5/27/09

Has anyone tried this with a different type of salsa - like a peach mango? (PS: according to the aspartame resource website, it is safe to cook with. If you're worried use Pepsi One instead. It uses Splenda). - 5/27/09

We used Diet Rite instead of Diet Coke. This eliminates some of the sodium. Still a great dish!! - 4/7/09
