This looks interesting, I plan to try it, but I am curious about the calories because in the ingredients details the ketchup is not listed. Maybe I am doing something wrong, but when I put that in as a meal using Heinz (less calories than Hunts) ketchup it came to 500 calories or 125 per serving... - 1/5/09

I absolutely loved this dish! Fairly quick, and requires relatively zero supervision once it's at the simmering stage. And so delicious and cheap, since many people will have ketchup and salsa already! Just bought a can of Coke Zero and I was ready to go! Definitely a favorite. =) - 11/21/08

I finally made this yesterday, and it's delicious! I added some vegetables and served it over rice for a complete meal. Included in those vegetables were some really hot peppers, which were fine yesterday, gave the dish a nice kick. But today when I ate the leftovers...YIKES!! LOL - 3/14/09

I tried this recipe & was not thrilled. The flavor of the sauce was great, but it was really watery!! & I really just don't like the texture of boiled chicken. Next time I will cook the chicken separately, & for the sauce, I'll reduce all ingredients by 1/8, & cook it down into a reduction. - 2/24/12

I agree with the others - check the nutrition or redo the calculations yourself and save it to your recipe box. I have made Diet Cola Chicken before but I used Buffalo wing sauce instead of salsa. My family loves it. It is so good with boneless skinless thighs as well. Serve sauce over brown rice. - 5/27/09
