Frozen Chocolate Bananas

Ingredients
2 Tbsp Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips1/4 C Heavy Whipping Cream2 Tbsp Honey2 Tbsp Cold Coffee1 Tsp Vanilla Extract3 large Med Ripe Banana
Directions
Peel and cut the bananas into 4 equal pieces each, place in ziplock bag or covered dish and freeze for 45 minutes.
In a double boiler combine chocolate chips, cream, honey, coffee, and vanilla. Stir occasionally untill well melted and combined. Cool slightly. Use toothpicks or wooden popsicle sticks inserted into the end of the banana and dip into the chocolate. Use a spoon to cover banana evenly. Place banana pieces on a tray covered with wax paper and place in freeze for one hour.
*Note: The chocolate will not get "crunchy".
