Incredible, put a few extra spices in it and covered with a lid so it could cook slowly from thee inside - 1/4/18

I liked it! I used the water/soy sauce mixture and it wasn't too salty for me. - 8/30/16

Delicious! There was enough liquid in the pan to cover with a lid and cook over medium heat. - 3/13/16

Read where others were complaining about the saltiness so only used one tbs of soy sauce and I used the sherry instead of the white wine. It was delicious! Leftovers will taste great in a salad or wrap - 1/21/16

    Wow! This one's another "KEEPER."
Concur with the earlier sodium comments even though I only used 4 tbls of low-sodium Tamari.
Next time will try 2 and see if that's enough. Not having pineapple juice on hand, used 1 tbls of pure Maple Syrup. Tasty!
Total time start to serve was about 40 mins. - 11/16/15

Was great...super easy..will probably cut the soy down a bit but it was really good. Key for sure is to use wine you wouldn't mind having a glass of...stuff you wouldn't normally drink will effect your finished product. - 5/29/12

This recipe was great though a little stronge. Next time I will add 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp minced garlic, a dash of lemon pepper, 1 cup chicken broth, 3 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp dijon. We definetly make again with alterations. - 4/13/11

Ohhh! Nice ideas. It is a bit strong and salty, but this was one way to get my family to east chicken breast. :)

Pretty good recipe, I think that the sauce by itself was a little salty still...but overall I really enjoyed this meal. - 4/13/11

I used low sodium chicken stock in place of the wine, it was good even with a strong soy taste. - 2/12/11

I don't know what I did, but it tasted nasty. No one would touch it. Maybe I used the wrong white wine??? - 1/25/11

Hi, a good white wine that you like the taste of does help. The soy sauce is a bit salty, so I use a sweeter wine than I would in otherwise drink. I hope this helps.

Great recipe. We cut the soy sauce as well and instead of using chicken we use pork tenderloin medallions. It is a great recipe for both. - 4/24/10

Terrible.... the recipe called for way too much soy sauce. I think it should be 4 tsp and not tblsp. - 7/8/09

I think maybe the original recipe as given to me years ago by my mother-in-law did make about 1/2 of the sauce that I make with mine. I just really happened to like it. Let me know if you find a tasty adaptation.

This went over well at our house, but will cut down on the soy next time. - 2/28/09
