lemon dill salmon

12 oz salmon fillet1 med. lemon 8 sprigs, fresh dill2 ice cubes
Makes 4 3 oz servings
Pre heat oven to 375.
Place fillet skin side down on piece of tinfoil large enough to wrap fish in.
Take stems off dill sprigs, place on top of fish.
Slice lemon into 1/4" thick pieces, place on top of dill.
Put ice cubes on top of lemon.
Wrap salmon in foil to make packet for cooking.
Place on baking sheet.
Cook 20 - 30 mins. Or until salmon is white and flakes with a fork.
This recipe can also be done on a charcoal grill for a smokey flavor, depending on what type/flavor of briquets are used.
