Low Guilt Brownies

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups sugar1 1/2 cups all purpose or cake flour1 cup cocoa powder1/8th tsp salt1 1/2 tsp baking powder1 1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce1/2 cup soft tofu1/2 cup pureed avocado3/4 cup almond milk unsweetened vanilla1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Pre heat oven to 350. Coat jelly pan with cooking spray or wipe with canola oil. Combine sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Combine applesauce, tofu, almond milk,avocado and vanilla in a food processor or blender until smooth in texture.( you can add the beets dices at the end of the blending process for a few seconds to mix)

Add tofu mixture to dry ingredients and mix well. Transfer batter to pan and bake until batter is set and top is dry (45-50) minutes.

Cool in pan then cut into 24 pieces

Serving Size: 1/24 of a jelly pan
