Teriyaki Pork Chops

Ingredients
*Pork, fresh, loin, center rib (chops), boneless, separable lean only, cooked, braised, 2 pounds (remove)Brown Sugar, 1 T packed (remove)*kikkoman teriyaki sauce, 1/3 cup (remove)*Ginger (root ginger 1 teaspoon), 1 serving (remove)
Directions
Place chops in crock pot. Mix remaining ingredients together then pour over pork chops. Cook on low for 5-6 hours.
