Ingredients:1 scoop Jillian Michaels Vanilla Cream Whey Protein Powder1/2 cup Frozen Raspberries1/4 cup Frozen Strawberries1 Tbsp. Kraft 25% Reduced Fat Peanut Butter1 tsp. Metamucil Fibre (unflavoured)3 or 4 Ice-cubes1/2 cup water
Directions
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy. :)
