Ingredients
Oat Bran, 2.25 cup Baking Powder, 3 tsp Brown Sugar, .25 cup, packed Walnuts, .5 cup, chopped Skim Milk, 1.25 cup Banana, fresh, 2 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Egg, fresh, 1 large Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 2 tbsp
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix the milk, banana, egg, and oil in a bowl or blender. Add to the dry ingredients and mix. Pour into a muffin pan with space for 12 muffins and bake for 17 minutes at 425.

    I just tried this recipe ,using the New 8-Week Cholesterol Cure book. Finding your copy of the recipe on SPARK saved me a lot of typing!! I have revised some to use Stevia Brown Sugar, alum free sod reduced baking powder and egg substitute. Very crumbly!! - 12/21/15
