Flank Steak w/Balsamic Garlic Marinade

Ingredients
1.25 lbs Flank Steak 1-1.5" thick1/2 cup balsamic vinegar1/4 cup chili sauce2 tbsp olive oil2 tbsp packed brown sugar2 tsp minced garlic1 tsp italian seasoning1/2 tsp salt1/4 black pepper
Directions
Mix marinade in a zipper bag or other container. Place flank steak in marinade for at least 8 hours (overnight is better!). Grill to desired doneness pouring leftover marinade over steak during cooking. Slice steak across the grain for serving.

Serving Size: Makes 5 4oz. portions.
