Easy to make, delicious & surprisingly tasty use of yogurt. I never would have thought of mixing pineapple juice with yogurt - - would have thought it might 'separate' the yogurt or something strange but this works & the family loves this new healthy 'dessert'. Thank you SparkPeople! - 2/26/09

This is a wonderful recipe! A word of caution - you need to measure your coconut and chopped walnuts when sprinkling them on your salad. They are not included in the nutritional information! - 4/24/07

By cutting back on the amount of yogurt and juice and eliminating the cinnamon, nuts, and coconut gives me a very nice side salad to go with meals. - 4/5/11
