Whole Wheat Focaccia Bread

*Whole Wheat Flour, 3.5 cup (remove) Sunflower Seeds, without salt, .5 cup, hulled (remove) Rosemary, 1 tbsp (remove) *Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 1 tsp (remove) Salt, 1 tsp (remove) Yeast, bakers, 1 ounce (remove) Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove) Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove) Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
Combine half the flour and mix with wet ingredients, sunflower seeds, and herbs. Mix for 2 minutes. Add half the rest of the flour and start to kneed the dough for an additional 5 minutes. Use rest of flour, and kneed into the dough for another 5 minutes, then press onto baking sheet. Let rise 10 minutes in warm area. Press down again, let rise again for 10 minutes. Top the bread with brushed olive oil, and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
