Ingredients
Yogurt, plain, skim milk 180 gramsApples, fresh, 180 grams Quaker Oats 100% Natural Whole Grain oatmeal, 1.2 cup Baking Soda, 0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 0.5 tbsp Egg, fresh, 1 large Granulated Sugar, 16 grams Sunflower Oil, 1 1tsp
Directions
1. Stir oats in blender, combine with sugar, cinnamon and soda.
2. Add yogurt, the egg lightly beaten and mix well.
3.Add peeled ,cored and grated apples and mix some more.
4.Cook in a pan .
