Hot and Cheesy Pasta

Ingredients
8oz Whole Grain Rotini or Penne Pasta1lb/5 links Hot Italian Sausage3 Bell Peppers2 Jalapeno Peppers1 Large Onion1 TBSP Olive Oil1 Jar (24 oz) Marinara Sauce2 Cups Shredded Italian Five Cheese Blend
Directions
Heat oven to 450 F. Cook Pasta al dente.

While pasta is cooking, cut sausage into 1/2" slices. Seed and slice pepers. Slice onion. Heat olive oil in a large ovenproof skillet ove medium-high heat. Add sausage, peppers, onions and seasoning. Cook, 10 minutes, stirring occasional, until peppers and onions are tender and the sausage is cooked through. Add sauce and bring to a simmer. Stir in drained pasta and 1 cup of cheese.

Sprinkle remaining cheese over the pasta and bake at 450 f for 8 minutes or until cheese melts and casserole starts to bubble. Cool before serving.
