Tofu stir fry with broc, cabbage, bok choy

1 tbs Canola Oil3 cloves garlic, minced1/3 head cabbage, chopped1 stalk broccoli, chopped2 cups bok choy, chopped1/2 medium onion, chopped8 oz mushrooms, quartered1/2 block extra-firm tofu1/4 cup Asia-Asia Traditions Stir Fry sauce
- heat canola oil and garlic over med-high heat in a large pan or wok
- brown tofu on all sides, set tofu aside
- add garlic, saute one minute
- add veggies, saute three minutes or until desired degree of doneness
- add tofu and stir-fry sauce, coat veggies and tofu
