The first time I made this excactly as suggested and the next time I realized I had no pasta so made it into a cassarole with crushed cornflake crumbs, and using four times the spinach, more garlic and a little more parmasan cheese. OMG fantastic and we did not miss the pasta at all! - 2/10/12

Very good, but next time I make it, I will use half as much pasta. We would like more vegetables, less pasta. - 7/23/11

Delicious, and quick and easy to make. Even my ten year old son gave it four stars, and he hates asparagus. - 3/2/11

I didn't have sundried tomatoes on hand so I diced a fresh tomato and added it after I sauted the garlic with the asparagus. DELICIOUS! - 7/23/09
