Gluten Free Pumpkin Oatmeal Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup pumpkin puree1/2 cup applesauce2 Tablespoons brown sugar1 cup milk (any kind - almond, cow, soy, coconut).5 tsp vanillatsp pumpkin pie spicepinch salttsp baking powder1.5 cups oats (any kind - minute, quick, old fashioned)Choice of addins: raisins, craisins, blueberries, walnuts, almonds, chocolate chips, coconut, etc
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Mix together all ingredients in a bowl. (Add the add-ins last).
Let sit 3-5 minutes.
Pour into 9 greases muffin tins (about 1/3 cup each).
Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
