Stuffed Portobella Mushroom Pizzas

5 portobella mushroom caps1/2 lb ground beef1/2 lb ground italian sausage1/2 can Hunt's spaghetti sauce (or favorite sauce)6 oz shredded part skim mozzerella cheese25-30 slices pepperoni
Preheat oven to 375*
Brown ground beef and sausage in a non-stick skillet. Season with salt, pepper and favorite Italian seasonings (I used garlic powder and Italian herbs). Once meat is cooked, add sauce and allow to simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Put mushrooms rib-side up on a cookie sheet covered with foil and season with salt and pepper. Place in preheated oven and allow to roast for 5-10 minutes.
Remove mushrooms and divide meat/sauce mixture evenly on top of the mushrooms. Sprinkle with cheese and top with pepperoni. Return to oven and roast for 2-25 minutes until cheese is brown and bubbly.
Serving Size: Makes 5 "pizzas"
