Oat Muffins

Ingredients
9 Fresh Eggs6 cups of Rolled Oats (or enough to absorb all liquids)Half a stick of butter, melted1/8 cup sugar or a little honey or maple syrup1/2 tsp baking powder
Directions
Mix everything but the baking powder and let sit 8 hours, until oats soften and absorb liquids.
Grease a muffin tin and Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix in baking powder and spoon into tins.
Bake until firm and golden brown, about 20 to 25 minutes.
