Soooo easy and really nice. My boyfriend isn't a big fan of salmon but he loved this. I added some mushrooms just because I love them! - 6/30/09

Really enjoyed this recipe! My husband is a very picky fish eater. The slightest "fishy" smell or taste and he won't eat it. He enjoyed eating this one. Very quick and easy to cook, too. - 7/13/09
