BLT Salad: Beef, lettuce, and tomato

Ingredients
2 Strip steaks, about 1/2 - 3/4 lb eachOlive Oil, 1/4 cupBacon, thick sliced, 8 slicesLea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 1 TbRed Wine vinegar, 3 tbspDijon Mustard, 2 TbRomaine Lettuce, 5 cup, shreddedRed Ripe Tomatoes, 3 medium, sliced
Directions
Grill the steaks 10 - 12 minutes each, turning twice.
To make the dressing:
Transfer cooled, cooked bacon to food processor (make sure it has cooled or your dressing will separate). Add the Worcestershire, vinegar, mustard, and some pepper. Combine and, with the processor running, stream in the olive oil.

Serving Size: Bed of lettuce and sliced tomatoes on each dinner plate, served wit 4 slices of steak and 2 Tb dressing
