Banana and nut muffins

Ingredients
375 ml wholewheat self raising flour125 ml wheat bran250 ml sugalite (170 g) or another sugar replacement125 ml walnuts, chopped2 large bananas, mashed125 ml apple sauce, unsweetened or baby food1 egg, beaten125 ml low fat buttermilk
Directions
Heat oven to 180C. Mix the flour, bran, sugalite and nuts. Make a hole in the middle of the dry ingredients and add the bananas,apple sauce, egg and buttermilk. Mix lightly with a fork. Pour mixture into a sprayed muffin tin and fill each section 3/4 full and bake for 20 minutes.
