White Bread (Any other type can be used too)Jalapeno PeppersFresh AvocadoChopped OnionsLow Cal American CheeseI can't believe it's not Butter (Lite)SaltPepper
On a medium flame, heat the butter on a non-stick skillet. Add a slice of bread and brown on both sides.
Now add chopped onions, jalapenos and fresh avocado.
Add a slice of cheese to the bread and season with salt and pepper.
Once the cheese slice melts, add another slice of bread and flip around to brown.
Cut and serve.
